Thank you for shopping with Krafty Kouture! We take great care in preparing and shipping every hand-poured candle.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages Krafty Kouture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
