Refund policy

We want you to love your Krafty Kouture candle! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kraftykouturecandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.
