Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will offer a full replacement or refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
